Books I Read in May 2019
Happy Friday!
This weekend is a long weekend in Australia and I am excited for the extra day off! It'll be the first full weekend in our new place and I am really looking forward to waking up on Saturday morning and enjoying a cup of tea while I read and look at the view. One of my favourite things about our new place is that there is no building directly across the street so we aren't staring into our neighbours apartments. We love always having the blinds open and letting the light in… especially because the days are so short now. It's dark when I wake up and dark when I leave work… winter is coming lol.
Here are the books I read in May 2019:
- California Girls by Susan Mallory
- Field Notes on Love by Jennifer E. Smith (YA)
- The Light We Lost by Jill Santopolo
- The Truth About the Harry Quebert Affair by Joel Dicker
- The Promise of Amazing by Robin Constantine
- Sisterhood Everlasting by Ann Brashares
- You'd Be Mine by Erin Hahn (YA)
- Watching You by Lisa Jewel
Top recommendations this month: The Truth About the Harry Quebert Affair and You'd Be Mine
Least favourite: Sisterhood Everlasting
